In-Store: We accept all major credit/debit cards , cash, and direct deposit.
Note: In-store card transactions will incur a 1.6% transaction fee which is no greater than our cost of acceptance.
Online: We accept card payments for deposit only.
Phone: In some circumstances, we are able to accept manual card payments over the phone.
Note: Manual card transactions will incur a 2.2% processing fee which is no greater than our cost of acceptance

Booking Fee
During booking, you will be required to pay a $10 or $20 deposit (depending on service) from the total amount in order to complete the booking process.
The booking fee is non-refundable, it helps cover our cancellation and administration costs due to "No shows" or "change of mind"
You can however, reschedule your service to a later time/date by contacting us within 24 hours prior to scheduled booking.
Excess Items
Excess items are any personal items that are not directly related to the vehicle.
Excess items take time to remove and bag, and so we have introduced a $10.00 fee for this purpose. The fee covers our time, labour and for the cost of the storage bag/s
We advise that you remove any excess items from your vehicle prior to entry.
Excess Mud
Excess mud is considered mud that you would not normally find on a vehicle driving around the city.
If your vehicle is delivered to us requiring the removal of excess mud, you will be charged a $50 fee to cover clean-up costs.
Please check and ensure that any excess mud is removed from your vehicle prior to delivery.
Excess Animal Faeces
If your vehicle is delivered to us requiring the removal of animal faeces, you will be charged a non-negotiable clean-up fee of $100, to cover the clean-up and sanitization of our facilities.
Please check and ensure that all animal faeces are removed from your vehicle prior to delivery.
Excess Food/Drink
Excess food/drink mess is considered mess that you would not normally find stuck to a vehicles interior, such as food and drinks (including milk)
It takes extra time to clean stuck food and drink from interior surfaces and as such we have introduced this additional excess food/drink fee.
It is invertible when kids eat and drink in vehicles, however it is also of the owners responsibility to ensure that the mess is cleaned as it happens.
It takes only one minute to remove and wipe a lolly off a seat, the longer you leave it, the longer it takes to remove.
We have introduced tiers for this reason.
Each tier is indicate of 15 minute intervals and will be charged accordingly.
Tier 1. $10.00 (15 minutes)
Tier 2. $30.00 (30 minutes)
Tier 3. $50,00 (45 minutes)
Tier 4. $70.00 (1 hour)
Excess Pet Hair/Sand/Grass Fee
Excess pet hair, sand, grass takes extra time to extract.
Our excess pet hair, sand and grass fee is $70.00.
You must notify us if you require this extraction service during your booking.
We will not charge this fee unless requested by you however we will not spend extra time extracting excess pet hair, sand, grass without prior approval.
We can not guarantee that our pet hair, sand and grass extraction service will remove 100% of contaminants from fabric(s) and/or carpet(s)
Polish N Shine are not liable for any remaining pet hair, sand or grass that can not be extracted from a vehicle.
Excess Spiders/Webs Fee
There has been an increase of vehicles entering the premise with excess spiders and their webs.
Although it is not a safety concern for us, it does take extra time to blast out webs and they will be back again within 24 hours unless the spiders are removed which can cause problems for the owner.
For this reason, we have introduced an excess spider/web fee to cover time, labour and for the cost of a can of crawling insect killer.
This process usually takes around 15 minutes and is a fee of $10.00
Vehicle Storage Fee
You will incur a vehicle storage fee if your vehicle is stored within our premise overnight unless prior arrangement with Polish N Shine is made. The vehicle storage fee covers our time, labour to move and the space required to store the vehicle. Our vehicle storage fee is $10.00 per day and is avoidable by collecting your vehicle same day, or by contacting us to make a prior arrangement to store your vehicle.
Overdue Invoice Fee
Late payment or overdue invoices incur an administration fee of $3.57 per day or $25 per week and are sent as a separate invoice.
It is the owners responsibility to make sure the invoice is paid on time and in full to avoid any administration fees/charges.
Card Convenance Fee (In-Store Only)
If choosing to pay by card, a $10 convenance fee will be added to all card payments to help recover costs of bank transfers and the time it takes for us to manually transfer funds.
For this reason, we encourage customers to pay by either cash, or direct deposit in-store.
Tax invoices are available upon request.
Please let us know if you require a tax invoice, and we will email you a copy to your nominated email address.
Payment must be made in full prior to or during vehicle collection.
Failure to make full payment on receipt will result in Polish N Shine taking necessary legal actions.
The customer is liable for any third party collection fees if contacted on our behalf.
