Service Description
Our Shampoo Extraction service is designed to deep clean fabric seats, carpets, floor mats, boot lining and other interior fabric surfaces. It helps remove built-up dirt, spills, light stains, food and drink marks, grease, odours and general soiling from vehicle interiors. How to book: 1. Choose the extraction areas you want cleaned using the add-ons. 2. Select the quantity needed, such as 1 seat, 2 seats, 4 floor mats or 1 boot lining. 3. In the booking notes/form, please tell us the exact areas, for example: front passenger seat, driver seat, rear left foot well, boot carpet or rear floor mats. Includes: - Interior vacuum - Rubbish removal where required - Fabric shampoo treatment - Hot water extraction / steam clean - Cleaning of selected interior fabric areas Add-on pricing: - Seat shampoo extraction: $20 each - Foot well shampoo extraction: $20 each - Floor mat shampoo extraction: $5 each - Dash mat shampoo extraction: $10 each - Door card shampoo extraction: $5 each - Boot lining shampoo extraction: $40 Please note: The base booking price starts from $20. Final pricing depends on the areas selected and the condition of the vehicle. Service time may vary depending on vehicle condition and the number of areas selected.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations or to re-schedule your service. Cancellations: All cancellations incur a $10 administration fee that is payable upon cancellation of service(s) Our cancellation administration fee remains redeemable via the booking deposit already paid for your service. Our cancellation service is automatically paid using your the initial booking deposit. If you are going to be late for your booking please contact us, no-show and no contact after 20 minutes will be deemed as an automatic cancellation request to free up the time slot for other customers and you may receive a cancellation confirmation notice. If you wish to cancel your current booking, you can do so by replying to this email. Privacy: Polish N Shine may collect and store some private details such as names, address' phone numbers and payment details. Polish N Shine will not under any circumstances give out any private information stored by us on our customers behalf. Timeframe: Booking time durations listed on the Polish N Shine website are to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the condition, size and if any extra service has been added to the booking. Although our staff try their best to have services complete on-time, we ask that customers be aware and understanding of this and that our staff are not pressured to push any details out "on-time" resulting in an unhappy staff/customer experience. What you should do before delivering your vehicle to us: *Please ensure that your vehicle is clear from any excess items such as rubbish (anything you do not plan to keep), personal belongings (clothes, toys, bags etc.) , valuables (money, jewellery etc.), child seats (where applicable) or seat covers (where applicable) *Excess item/rubbish removal fee of $10 may be charged if we are required to do so. *Mud on vehicles must be removed prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in payment of our excess mud fee.
