Service Description
Our Shampoo Extraction service is designed to deep clean fabric seats, carpets, floor mats, boot lining and other interior fabric surfaces. It helps remove built-up dirt, spills, light stains, food and drink marks, grease, odours and general soiling from vehicle interiors. How to book: 1. Choose the extraction areas you want cleaned using the add-ons. 2. Select the quantity needed, such as 1 seat, 2 seats, 4 floor mats or 1 boot lining. 3. In the booking notes/form, please tell us the exact areas, for example: front passenger seat, driver seat, rear left foot well, boot carpet or rear floor mats. Includes: - Interior vacuum - Rubbish removal where required - Fabric shampoo treatment - Hot water extraction / steam clean - Cleaning of selected interior fabric areas Add-on pricing: - Seat shampoo extraction: $20 each - Foot well shampoo extraction: $20 each - Floor mat shampoo extraction: $5 each - Dash mat shampoo extraction: $10 each - Door card shampoo extraction: $5 each - Boot lining shampoo extraction: $40 Please note: The base booking price starts from $20. Final pricing depends on the areas selected and the condition of the vehicle. Service time may vary depending on vehicle condition and the number of areas selected.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Cancellations: All cancellations incur a $10 administration fee. The cancellation administration fee is covered by the booking deposit already paid for your service. If you expect to be late, please contact us. A no-show with no contact for more than 20 minutes will be treated as a cancellation so the time slot can be made available to another customer. To cancel your current booking, reply to your booking confirmation email. Privacy: Polish N Shine may collect and store personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers and payment details. Polish N Shine will not disclose private information stored on our customers' behalf. Timeframes: Booking durations listed on the Polish N Shine website are guides only and may vary depending on the vehicle's condition, size and any extra services added. Although our staff do their best to complete services on time, please allow for these variations. We do not pressure staff to rush work simply to meet an estimated completion time, as doing so may compromise the customer and staff experience. Before delivering your vehicle: • Remove rubbish, personal belongings, valuables, child seats and seat covers where applicable. • A $10 excess-item or rubbish-removal fee may apply if we need to remove these items. • Remove excess mud before arrival. An excess-mud fee may apply if this is not done.
