Clean, tidy refresh for well-maintained vehicles
Service Description
This service is designed to cater for regularly well-maintained vehicles, that are in good condition and are just in need of a routine maintenance clean. Choose your vehicle size when booking. Includes: - Basic hand wash & wax - Wheels hand washed, with no extra chemicals - Wheel wells pressure cleaned - Body and glass dried - Standard interior vacuum, including boot - Dash and trims wiped and dressed - Cup holders and vents wiped - Door and boot jambs wiped and dried - Rubbish removal - Interior windows cleaned - Tires dressed Please note: If your door/boot jambs are heavily soiled, or if there is grease or lubricants present, you may need to add door/boot Jambs addon to this booking as they will require extra attention, chemicals and labour. Then once you are on top of them they will be easier to maintain. We do not dry door/boot jambs with evident grease or lubricants. If you do not wish to have any dressings applied to interior or exterior, please leave a comment during booking. The inclusions in this service are listed in this description unless additional requests are confirmed. Optional extras may be available during booking and may carry an additional charge* A $10 online booking deposit applies. Prices include GST. Service time may vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations or to re-schedule your service. Cancellations: All cancellations incur a $10 administration fee that is payable upon cancellation of service(s) Our cancellation administration fee remains redeemable via the booking deposit already paid for your service. Our cancellation service is automatically paid using your the initial booking deposit. If you are going to be late for your booking please contact us, no-show and no contact after 20 minutes will be deemed as an automatic cancellation request to free up the time slot for other customers and you may receive a cancellation confirmation notice. If you wish to cancel your current booking, you can do so by replying to this email. Privacy: Polish N Shine may collect and store some private details such as names, address' phone numbers and payment details. Polish N Shine will not under any circumstances give out any private information stored by us on our customers behalf. Timeframe: Booking time durations listed on the Polish N Shine website are to be used as a guide only and may differ depending on the condition, size and if any extra service has been added to the booking. Although our staff try their best to have services complete on-time, we ask that customers be aware and understanding of this and that our staff are not pressured to push any details out "on-time" resulting in an unhappy staff/customer experience. What you should do before delivering your vehicle to us: *Please ensure that your vehicle is clear from any excess items such as rubbish (anything you do not plan to keep), personal belongings (clothes, toys, bags etc.) , valuables (money, jewellery etc.), child seats (where applicable) or seat covers (where applicable) *Excess item/rubbish removal fee of $10 may be charged if we are required to do so. *Mud on vehicles must be removed prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in payment of our excess mud fee.
